CSS Media GmbH ("CSS Media", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. CSS Media is incorporated in Switzerland and subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG, in force since 1 September 2023).

Data submitted via the contact form may be processed by our email delivery service provider (Brevo / Sendinblue, operating under EU-standard contractual terms) solely for the purpose of delivering your enquiry to us.
No other third parties receive access to your personal data in connection with website enquiries.

CSS Media is based in Switzerland. To the extent that data is processed by service providers outside Switzerland, such transfers are conducted on the basis of appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, in accordance with Art. 16 nDSG.
