Our compliance infrastructure is designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding issuers, operators, and regulators we work with.

Corporate Structure

CSS Media GmbH is incorporated in Switzerland. We operate globally through commercial partnerships governed by documented agreements.

Our ultimate beneficial ownership structure is fully documented and available to commercial partners and regulators upon request under appropriate confidentiality terms.

Counterparty KYC

All commercial partners — buyers and suppliers — undergo counterparty verification before relationship activation. Our KYC process covers:

— Legal entity verification
— Ultimate beneficial owner identification
— Business activity and intended use verification
— Sanction screening

KYC files are maintained and reviewed on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right to suspend relationships where KYC cannot be maintained to our standards.

AML Controls

CSS Media's AML framework covers:

— Transaction monitoring for anomalous purchase patterns
— Volume and velocity controls by counterparty and product category
— Escalation procedures for suspicious activity
— Cooperation with issuer and platform AML requirements

We take the use of digital goods distribution for money laundering or fraud seriously. We do not knowingly facilitate, and actively work to prevent, the use of our distribution channels for illicit purposes.

Supply Chain Integrity

Our digital goods supply chains are:

— Sourced exclusively through documented platform partnerships
— Subject to counterparty verification at the supplier level
— Fully auditable with transaction-level records maintained

We do not source from secondary markets, informal channels, or unverified suppliers.

Data & Privacy

CSS Media handles personal and commercial data in accordance with applicable Swiss and European data protection law. We do not sell or share partner data with third parties outside the scope of our contractual relationships.
